I am a highly experienced BACP-Accredited therapist with a master's degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy.  My private practice based in Broadstairs continues my work in London helping people overcome difficult and challenging situations.

Whether your concern is recent, long-standing or an isolated event, I offer a confidential and non-judgemental environment where you are free to be yourself and express your genuine thoughts.

I tailor my approach to you and the issue at hand. This style of working celebrates you as a unique individual whilst focusing on those aspects of your life that you feel need attention.

I work with a wide range of difficulties including struggles with addiction, compulsions, depression, shame, guilt and burnout.

My principal areas of interest are:

Relationships --- Issues concerning infidelity, trust and/or behaviour with partners, family & friends.
Anger -- Investigating root causes and establishing coping strategies.
Anxiety --- Identifying underlining causes that are preventing you from leading a healthy life.
Self-Care --- Understanding personal needs and boundaries to improve self-awareness, self-esteem, self-worth and self-respect.
Perfectionism -- Examining reasons for obsessive/unrealistic goal setting, procrastination, fear of failure and inability to acknowledge being 'good enough'.

Well-being and happiness are possible. They sometimes just need the right professional support.

I embrace diversity.
