Counselling is a confidential space to talk about and explore any issues that are causing you difficulty in your life. This can be something that has been troubling you for a while, or something that has happened recently. Whatever it may be, counselling should be a safe space for you, and I can offer you that. My desire is to work honestly and open with you, and aim to have a transparent working relationship. I believe that a lot of real work in therapy comes from those honest and open exchanges, in the safety of that therapeutic relationship.

I am qualified and experienced in working with emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, bereavement, addiction, self-destructive and self-defeating behaviours, adverse childhood experiences, depression and anxiety. I also have experience in working with adolescents. I am also experienced in working with sex/pornography addiction. I am able to offer face to face counselling within the rooms of a local independent holistic practice, or remotely UK wide.

My approach to counselling is integrative which means I use various approaches when working with you. This could be a behavioural, psychodynamic or humanistic approach and I will adapt my skills to your need. However, I believe that you are the authority of you, and in that, I will be guided by what you believe your needs to be, and I will not seek to assess or to judge you.

If you feel you would like some further information, a discussion, or would like to book a free initial contact appointment to see if we would be able to work together, please use my contact details.
