Hi - I’m Lindsay, I’d like to help if I can...
It’s important to me that you feel heard, understood and supported as you work towards creating lasting change. Recognizing we’re all unique, I’ve completed a broad range of training so I’m able to purposefully integrate theories and interventions to meet your needs.
One area in which I’ve specialized is childhood trauma and dissociation. I also teach a trauma therapy model (PICT), that helps therapists support and enable clients to move on from these experiences – particularly those involving childhood abuse. Other specialisms include: couples therapy, supervision, compassion fatigue and resourcing therapists through training.
THERAPY – I work with clients of all ages, and with a wide range of difficulties.
SUPERVISION – I enjoy working with other therapists to support them and help them develop to their best potential. I’ve completed advanced qualifications in supervision to help me to serve supervisees well; please follow the supervision link above.
TRAINING – I write and deliver workshops to professionals nationally and internationally. I’m also the Programme Director for Penny Parks Training, teaching the specialist and effective PICT Diploma and workshops. (PICT is a complete trauma model that enables practitioners to provide support and interventions to resolve the legacy of trauma and abuse. Please follow the training link on this website for more information).
I’m a Consultant Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Trainer and Programme Director for Penny Parks Training and accredited with the BABCP, BACP, ACC, NCP (Senior) as well as with the NCS (Professional/Supervision).
