We all can encounter difficulties in our lives that can question who we are and/or our relationships with others. These difficulties can be experienced in response to that of the circumstances which surround us and how we attempt to make sense of the challenges that we face. This can be in any aspect of our lives and at any age.
In my approach to working with individuals, couples or families it is important to help you explore alternative possibilities which can increase your sense of choice and think about what might be best for you. When thinking about your relationship to self and others there can be unhelpful patterns that establish overtime but from my experience relationships can be a resource to find new ways.
A therapeutic space for you, your relationship or family can help open the communication pathways that can allow for new conversations. In this therapeutic space you can find a new perspective or a different view which can help you discover aspects of yourself, including resilience to manage life stressors.
An important first step is for us to have a conversation to understand what your needs are and to consider the best way to initiate a session.
