Hello,I work by using the NCS code of ethical practice. Also by being an accredited registrant of the NCS gives you further clarification on the safeness of the counselling that I can give to you.
My principal way of working is drawn from an integration of the humanistic and CBT models but does also incorporate the psychodynamic principle of the unconscious mind and our deep-rooted feelings and memories and at how these affect our behaviour's.
My unique way of working is that you are the center point for your own understanding of your self-awareness and at how this impacts your behaviour's, by listening to you and giving you valued time and a non-judgemental space for clarification and change.
