Welcome and thank you for looking at my page.
Are you struggling at the moment, unsure of where to turn? I'm an Integrative Counsellor offering online or telephone counselling to adult clients. I am NCS Accredited and an Individual Member of BACP, as such put my client at the heart of my work.

I understand the importance of feeling comfortable and at ease with your counsellor. I realise how important it is to feel safe in order to share what is weighing you down. People seek counselling for lots of different reasons and may benefit in different ways. I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of issues: depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, relationship breakdown, affairs and betrayals, bereavement, anger, loneliness, stress, childhood trauma and abuse as well as finding purpose and passion in life.

I believe my clients are the experts on themselves so I ensure we have an equality in our therapeutic relationship. We will work together to explore your inner thoughts, issues and feelings at your own pace. As your therapist, I will facilitate your growth and be there with you on your journey.

Covid 19 update: Zoom or telephone sessions available:
I am not currently offering face to face counselling sessions but am continuing to provide individuals with support via telephone or Zoom. I have worked successfully online and by telephone since April 2020.

In other times I work from my therapy room in Teignmouth.
