I am a 54 year old mother of 2 teenage girls both of whom have ASNs. This means I have a vast amount of lived experience of the ways in which neurodiversity can impact individual and their families.
Through this experience I became interested in counselling as a way of supporting people in the challenges they may be facing. I believe the counselling process has the power to enhance peoples lives in a meaningful way.
I am an open, honest and down to earth person who enjoys counselling. Whether you are seeking to make changes in your life or to explore challenges you face, counselling can offer insights and new perspectives which can help with this journey.
