Hi, My name is Natasha and I am an integrative therapist and supervisor practicing in the heart of the kent countryside where I offer one to one, face to face counselling, walking therapy, Equine Facilitated, video and telephone sessions.
I strive to hold a safe space where you can talk through your thoughts, feelings, experiences and concerns, free from judgement. For some, this is in a therapy room and for others this can be outdoors. You choose the space to suit you.
I focus on helping you to heal and re-energise. To become aware of personal strengths and also the barriers that may be holding you back. Together we work on how you can move forward with new knowledge and skills to live a more authentic and meaningful life going forward. To help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be.
I offer a free 30 minute introductory session, where your expectations and needs for therapy are explored. This session also gives you more information about how I work allowing you to make a more informed choice about whether I am the right therapist for you.
I have a particular interest in incorporating my love of nature and the outdoors into my work including nature inspired creativity and mindfulness.
I am committed to supporting your emotional well-being and personal growth and am passionate about adapting my skills to suit your individual needs. I believe that "one size of therapy does not fit all".
I am an advocate of life long learning and regularly explore how I can bring new learning and skills to my practice.
As well as being an Accredited registrant of the NCS, I am also:

A Senior Member of the ACCPH
(Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists)
A Level 2 Professional Member of ACTO
(Association of Counselling and Therapy Online)
I also hold an advanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate.
