I provide a safe, caring and confidential counselling service for Adults, Young people and Children over the age of 12. I use a combination of Psychotherapy, Humanistic and cognitive Modalities to help you to understand why you think they way you do. I am also trained in EFT, Sound therapy , NLP and Trauma awarenesses.

I spend one day of my working week as a Counsellor in an Academy school working with 12-18 year olds. I also produce and deliver Trauma awareness training for the school staff and believe that all children should have access to safe and caring counselling services. Part of my commitment to Children and young peoples mental health is that I have limited spaces for affordable counselling to Children and young people . Please get in touch to enquire about availability .
