Hi, my name is Bronni. I’m an integrative/ pluralistic counsellor, which means that I work with several techniques in order to tailor therapy to what best fits you as an individual. I work from a Person-Centred foundation in practice, incorporating other approaches including Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Together, we can address specific issues or just use the therapeutic environment as a tool to support the maintenance of good mental health in a supportive, confidential and safe environment.

I’ve worked with clients from a range of backgrounds with a range of presenting issues including anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression and low mood, bereavement, sexuality, substance use, stress and low self-esteem. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key to success, and aim to work collaboratively with my clients, without judgement to ensure that you feel heard and understood.
