By hitting at my profile, you have already taken a big step towards recovery.
I have dual qualifications firstly as a Physicist and now as a Psychotherapist. These two worlds don’t often combine but I see this as my strength. Physics has taught me about how the nature behaves and now use of Hypnosis, as well as Pluralistic Counselling allows me to see how human can be influenced to improve the quality of life.
I have found that the hybrid approach (i.e. combination of counselling and hypnotherapy) to be of immense benefit to the client.
The therapeutic rapport that you built during counselling is then enhanced by the use of hypnotherapy. You can think of getting extra dosage to get to your journey faster.
I have already made a difference to many individuals who has suffered from anxiety, depression, fear of flying as well as coping with general anxieties. You can review their comments on Google under “SH Balanced Mind”.
I have travelled over many countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa as part of my career. This has taught me about the people of different cultures and ethnicity; and more importantly how this may influence their behaviour.
I am really keen to work with BAME community. Being an Asian, I totally empathise with current trauma that is being experienced within the community.
I now want to use this gift to help the local community and make a real difference to you as a fully qualified as Psychotherapist (level 5).
My strength lies in building a good rapport.
Come and see me for a friendly , non-judgmental and pleasant experience that could be a turning point in your life and your family too...
