My psychotherapeutic qualification allows me to explore a number of different approaches to tailor the counselling to each individual client.
I am a genuine and empathic person who is able to listen and hear what is shared with me and will make no judgement but stay with my clients throughout their own journey.
I pride myself on my caring nature where I am able to offer clients a safe and confidential space where they can explore themselves and work towards any goals they may want to achieve.
Having been on my own journey where I have experienced mental health struggles myself has allowed me to understand the importance of having skills which help to build a nurturing rapport with people.
I provide an initial session where an assessment would be carried out and client/ therapist agreement is discussed.
