My name is Sarah and I am a person centred counsellor and clinical supervisor based in Worthing, West Sussex. Working mainly as a face to face counsellor and additionally offering online therapy, through webcam, email or instant messaging.
I have many years experience of working in both mediums.
I offer support to adults and young people (18+) who are struggling with life issues and are in need of a safe space to talk and feel understood. I have experience of working with a wide range of issues, and supporting people with complex emotional needs.
I have practiced for twelve years, and worked with many clients who have experienced childhood trauma, helping them to navigate through a healing process that can be scary and complex. My other client work has been with adults and young people who struggle with a cognitive difference, for example autism or dyslexia.
