Supporting Children, Young People and Adults in counselling and through therapeutic, creative practice (sandtray therapy, creative arts, metaphor therapeutic play), I offer a warm, friendly and confidential environment to support you in exploring and managing your emotions and feelings to live a happy and fulfilling life.
I have worked with Children and Young People with their mental wellbeing for many years, offering therapeutic support within both primary and secondary schools. I have experience with supporting children and young people around anxiety, bereavement, emotional dysregulation, self harm, suicidal ideation and trauma to name a few.
The last few years have been particularly challenging for everyone, Covid-19 has impacted us all in various ways, whether this be consciously known or at a subconscious level. We have all had to adjust our way of life and as we slowly get back to a ‘new normal’ we need to be mindful of our well being and to take that extra care of ourselves. Talking through any worries, concerns or anxieties that may have started is a great way to put things into perspective.
Offering face to face, telephone and online counselling, I am happy to work with you to decide what will create the right and most comfortable environment for you.
