I am a Psychotherapeutic counsellor. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe place for my clients to process events, explore emotions and behaviours, embark on a journey of personal growth and support clients towards their goals. I provide short or long term counselling to ensure that the client Is provided the opportunity to be listened to without judgement. Having embarked into the world of counselling later in life I have personal and practical experience having worked in both the private and public sector particularly within the area of stress management, anxiety, workplace bullying and trauma. I use various modalities that being person centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behaviour therapy.
