If you are struggling and finding life difficult or distressing in any way, then counselling could be just what you need to find clarity about your situation and find a way of moving forward. I can offer you a safe space to talk about your situation, explore your thoughts and feelings, and process things in your past and present. In turn, you can gain greater self-awareness, feel more in control and resilient, and improve your general wellbeing.
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to each individual client. I assess each client’s situation and then consider which theories and tools and techniques will help them best. The counselling approaches I use include – Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). By using a combination of these theories I can help a client to explore their past, present and future.
