I am a counsellor and trainer in counselling and mental health. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe place for my clients to process events, emotions and behaviours, discover themselves and work towards their goals. I provide short or long term counselling ensuring the client feels in control, empowered and listened to without judgement. Having entered into the world of counselling relatively later in life I have practical experience working with/within numerous organisations particularly within the area of stress management, anxiety, workplace bullying and trauma.I use various approaches including Behaviourist (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy - DBT) psychodynamic and person centred.
