I am a counsellor and trainer in counselling and mental health. I provide short or long term counselling ensuring you (the client) feels in control, empowered and listened to without judgement. Having entered into the world of counselling relatively later in life (not that late) I have practical experience working with/within numerous organisations particularly within the area of stress management, anxiety, workplace bullying and trauma.I use various approaches including behaviourist (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy - DBT) psychodynamic and person centred.
