I am a professional counsellor and a caring, friendly and approachable person who is very motivated to help people. I am non-judgemental and aim to create a warm environment in which to help clients. I have three grown up daughters whom I am very close to. I love ball sports, tennis and hockey and enjoy taking my cocker spaniel for walks in the nearby countryside. I believe looking after both mind and body is important and find meditation and yoga beneficial. I currently work with young people, and being able to help people at such formative stages of their lives is very rewarding. I have regular supervision sessions which support and enhance my practice and am always interested to learn about new counselling practices. I have experience in stress, anxiety, phobias, anger and disordered eating. Please feel free to contact me to have an initial conversation. I look forward to hearing from you.
