My Social Work training in the 70s included a grounding in Person Centered philosophy and Group Work skills, both continue to inform my therapeutic practice alongside a range of other theories and models studied during my counselling training or the training I have provided for others. I have specialist experience as a foster carer, bereavement and sexual abuse counsellor. Additionally I have provided support for families and staff working with children and adults who are receiving palliative care.
