Hi, I'm Emma. I'm a qualified counsellor with experience working in secondary schools, the charitable sector and as a private practitioner. I work with adults and young people aged 16 and over and have a special interest in helping people overcome anxiety, stress and low self-esteem. My approach is client-centered, which means that I focus on your needs and goals. I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling life, and I'm here to help you achieve that.

I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can talk about your problems and feelings and help you gain insight into your situation and develop coping strategies that work for you. Together, we can work towards enhancing your wellbeing and achieving your goals.

If you're looking for a friendly and supportive counsellor who can help you navigate life's challenges, then get in touch today to book your first session.
