Mates in Mind

I believe counselling can benefit everyone at some stage in their lives. We all have bad times. You may be going through a troublesome relationship, a bereavement, employment issues or just have that feeling of things not "being right" or feeling "stuck".
If that sounds familiar, I am here to listen, support you, without telling you what you should do and understand things from your point of view.
I will work with you to find a way forward.
I believe we are all individuals so not everyone will respond to the same type of counselling, together, we will find out what type of counselling best suits you.
That might be;
Person-centred therapy -a non directive, client led safe space to explore your self-awareness and understanding of self.
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) - to challenge those negative thoughts patterns.
Psychodynamic therapy - to explore how your past experiences have influenced your here and now.
Transactional Analysis (TA) - to understand your styles of attachment and behaviour within personal relationships.
Or a combination of all the above - or Blended therapy that includes Hypnotherapy techniques to aid relaxation and reduce anxiety and stress.
Whatever works for you...
