Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

I believe that most people can benefit from having some counselling, from being with someone who truly listens to your unique experience, understands it and helps you to understand it too.

There may be lots of reasons why you are looking at this website, you might be facing difficulties and worries in your emotional life, be feeling distressed and needing help with a specific issue, struggling to come to terms with a traumatic event or loss, or perhaps seeking a clearer perspective on your life, on making choices and on how to move towards a more positive future.

As your therapist I would never assume to be be more expert on you than you are, yet at times it can be difficult to understand our own thought processes, responses and patterns.

I believe all people have the capacity and resources to grow and change. As an active and participative listener, and by offering gentle and respectful challenges I aim to help promote a better understanding of self, new perspectives, and life changes.
