I’m a Senior Accredited member of NCS and Accredited by BACP. I’m friendly, approachable, easy-going and easy to talk too. I’m a very motivated, driven person. I can help you reach full potential & build resilience. My aim to improve your Mental Health & well-being. Winner of the Best Private Practice Awards 2020, National Counsellors Day CTUK.
I provide Counselling & Animal Assisted Therapy for ages 11 and over, adults, & Rewind Therapy for children age 7 plus, including adults. My therapy room is a comfortable private and confidential space. Disabled access available.

The therapy is built on mutual trust, from a Person-Centred approach integrating therapeutic modals/tools as required, CBT, Solution Focused, etc.
The Counselling moves at your pace. The more you offload and emerge yourself in the process, the better your results. Clients I’ve previously worked with have had a great success at helping improve their mood and well-being, allowing them to move on with their lives.
During my work Counselling with animals, I have discovered the true value of how therapeutic animals are. Established 2016 offering Counselling and Animal Assisted Therapy, for adults and Teens has been a great success. Clients have found the cats relaxing, allowing them to de-stress, reducing anxiety, improving mood, increasing their self-esteem. It's your choice having a therapy pet, with you. When stroking a pet, it releases feel-good hormones for you and the pet. It brings about great health benefits like lowering blood pressure, lowering stress and anxiety levels, improving mood, help build self-esteem, lowering heart rate, helping with depression, and building confidence, etc.

Rewind Trauma Therapy has amazing results alleviating symptoms of PTSD, intrusive thoughts, nightmares, or any traumatic experience which still affects you in the ‘here and now’. I have previous experience of working in Care & Nursing, Mental Health, Social Care Management, Disability and illness, running businesses, the Health Care system & living with and managing disabilities. I can help with a vast array of issues like stress, exam pressure, low self-esteem, abuse, trauma, depression, illness and disability, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, OCD, anger, relationships, divorce, parenting, loss, plus many more.

Why not try a Counselling with a difference! Or Just Counselling without animals, its your choice.

I offer supervision for therapists and trainees.
