Being Well Together/Think Talk TogetherKey Worker CounsellingMates in Mind

Hello, my name is Jason and I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor working from my private practice in, Redditch, Worcestershire.
I am an experienced professional Integrative Counsellor which means I utilise a combination of approaches to provide bespoke therapeutic solutions. (Psychodynamic, Solution Focused and Person Centred Approaches).

Why seek therapy ?
There are many reasons why someone might seek counselling; emotional difficulties and fluctuating mental health affects us all. Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and sometimes lost.
Persistent difficult thoughts and feelings can often get in the way of achieving what matters most or living life the way we would like. Therapy can help by providing a safe and supportive environment that encourages personal growth and development. A space to reconnect with our personal values and recognise what might be causing our difficulties.

More details about me and my experience:
Over the last 4 years I have worked with a range of clients from varied and diverse backgrounds. Together, each client and I work together to identify the therapeutic techniques that are best suited to their individual needs. We then use these techniques to explore and understand their personal circumstance finding routes to resolutions that enable them to move towards their personal goals.
I am registered and accredited by the National Counselling Society (NCS) and abide by their ethical code. I hold professional indemnity insurance. I also have clinical experience working within a variety of settings within the National Health Service, third sector organisations and private practice. I also possess experience running peer to peer supervision and undertaking clinical research.
