I am passionate about my work, feel very privileged to be a therapist and am dedicated to helping ease distress. I really value meeting new people, creating a safe space where we can work together and am committed to helping bring about change.

I have experience of working with individuals, young people, couples and groups, face to face, over the telephone, Skype and Zoom. Settings I’ve worked in are GP practices, EAP (Employe Assistance Program) and private practice.

  I trained as a Person-Centred counsellor in 1999 and then as a Couples Counsellor with Relationship Scotland in 2011
