Hand In Hand offers a non judgmental confidential space to make clients feel comfortable in exploring their difficulties. Working as an Integrative therapist I draw upon different models of therapy tailoring treatment to find an approach that will help a client explore their difficulties or what they feel is holding them back.
I work with adults and teenagers who need support with a variety of issues such as anxiety, relationships, childhood experiences and trauma. During our work together, I hope to help clients make sense of their difficulties and to find ways of moving forwards in their lives.
