Hi my name is Catherine. I have been counselling for over 13 years. I am an integrative person-centred and cognitive behaviour therapist, and an EMDR Therapist. I am also qualified in counselling children and young people, with an up to date DBS. I am a qualified clinical supervisor and have experience supervising counsellors, student counsellors, teachers and people from other professions.
