Offering you a warm welcome and a listening ear. I am here to accompany you on your journey which is unique to you. Difficult topics and sensitive issues will be addressed with empathy and support.
As a counsellor I have been privileged to work with clients of all ages and gender identities. Since I am an integrative counsellor, I use different types of therapy to suit each client. Therapy includes but is not restricted to- Person Centred, Sandplay, Gestalt, CBT, and walk and talk.
Although I have often worked with bereaved clients, everyone has their own experience of loss which is unique to them. I have supported those bereaved by suicide as well as parents who have lost a baby or child. Bereavement can also be felt during the breakdown of a marriage, loss of a role, or many other scenarios.
Often we find we have a lost our own identity. I really enjoy assisting people to discover themselves or to be the authentic person they have suppressed.
It is important for me to Hear your voice, understand and support you in a way we decide together to benefit your spirit and sense of well being, I look forward to hearing from you.
