I would love the opportunity to work with you on your issues. I work with my clients to help them identify their resources and how best to use them. By listening to your story and understanding your world I can help you work out how best to support you through this period of distress and uncertainty.
I offer face to face, individual sessions lasting 50 mins. Choosing the right counsellor is cruical so before committing to therapy, come and see me for an initial session. This is a chance for you to experience counselling with me and see if I'm right for you. Daytime and evening sessions are available in my office in Worcester Park (KT4).
