I am a Person Centered counsellor who is dedicated to helping every individual thrive in their own way, according to their specific need.

Alongside private practice I have worked in an addiction centre, and a number of secondary schools counselling young people and parents. I have experience working with a wide variety of issues, including acute anxiety, compulsive self harm, low self esteem, depression, addiction, sexual abuse and trauma. I also counsel people who are struggling with life and identifying a reason for their general unhappiness, who require help unraveling and sharing their inner thoughts. I have also worked with SOVA mentoring ex-offenders to help them re-integrate into society.

People come to me because they can sense that I truly care about their needs and that I am passionate about helping them. I offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can completely be yourself, and be comfortable discussing your concerns at a pace which feels right for you. You will be listened to with warmth and genuine empathy.

The counselling I can provide will help you to overcome the challenges you are facing, enabling you to move towards a more flourishing self.
