I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and EMDR therapist. I am an accredited member of the NCS and CYPT register, an accredited member of the EMDR International Association and the Internal Family Systems Online Circle. I am currently working internationally online offering psychotherapy/EMDR therapy. I am IFS informed operating from a range of modalities in an integrative approach. I have clinical experience working with issues including attachment injuries, looked after children, county lines, FGM, CSE, CCE, Child on Child abuse, eating disorders, gaming addictions, online safety, substance misuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence and gender/identity.
I believe everyone has the resources and ability to change, whether that means changing path’s, inspiring confidence or motivating happiness within. We all find ourselves travelling this journey we call life, sometimes our paths become unclear or we take a wrong turn but with a desire and commitment to change, any path can be altered or created.
