I am a qualified CBT Therapist. My training covers integrative counselling as well as an in-depth knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy which gives me a broad range of knowledge, skills and tools from different therapeutic modalities to utilise with clients. Its easy for us to feel lost and to become so overwhelmed with feelings of anxiety, depression, hurt and anger, provoked by conflicting demands we place on ourselves, or we feel others or situations place on us. This can lead to unhelpful and unhealthy self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviours. Engaging in CBT teaches us to confront and challenge the harsh realities of life that we so often try and avoid. I'm inviting you to change your life. If you work with me I will arm you with the tools which will allow you to change the way you think about yourself, others or the world in general. You will develop a deeper understanding of who you are and why you do the things you do. You will develop a sense of confidence and self respect and recognise that you are stronger than you think.
