Throughout my life I have found times where I struggle with being true to myself. Its easy for us to feel lost and to become so overwhelmed with feelings of anxiety, depression, hurt and anger, provoked by conflicting demands we place on ourselves, or we feel others place on us. This can lead to unhelpful and unhealthy self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviours. Engaging in REBT taught me to confront and challenge the harsh realities of life that I so often avoided in the past. I'm inviting you to change your life. If you work with me I will arm you with the tools which will allow you to change the way you think about yourself, others or the world in general. You will develop a deeper understanding of who you are and why you do the things you do. You will develop a sense of confidence and self respect and recognise that you are stronger than you think. But most importantly, you will start to live a life that feels good in your heart.
