During my counselling vocation I have provided an empathic, empowering and caring approach for my clients. I have a special interest in bereavement counselling, anxiety, ADHD/Autisim and trauma counselling but my person-centred, humanistic support covers all areas of life my clients may be experiencing difficulties in and my door is open to all. Whilst I am a Person-Centred counsellor who will listen, support with no judgement, I am able to offer a CBT approach to clients to try help them to combat negative thoughts and actions and I am not time or session limited and am flexible with my hours of appointments and prices as everyone deserves to work through their thoughts and feelings. I work online predominantly through, phone, video and even text chat to accommodate a wider client base and needs.
