I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor which means I am trained in a number of different theories and techniques so that I can specifically combine the most effective therapy for your individual needs.

I have a warm caring approach and will work with you to find a way forward that is best for you in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment which enables you to feel heard and understood. I have worked with many clients suffering from various mental health issues, life stress and traumas.

I am a member of the BACP and the NCS.
