We all have times when things are difficult and talking with someone outside of our situation can be helpful to offload and get perpective. I will explore with you to help you understand what's going on for you, why you are feeling as you do, and to help you find a way forward. I offer a confidential, safe space to explore, without judgement.

I am a professional accredited counsellor and supervisor with 7 years' experience working with both adults and young people. I work integratively, using different ways of working, (person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic, and others) according to what is most helpful for you. I work creatively, if this is something you like, and use tools such as mindfulness to help with stress and anxiety.

My experience includes working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, bereavement, low self-esteem, sexuality issues and many more life problems.

I help children and young people to build tools to cope with anxiety, bullying, peer pressure, etc, and to increase self-esteem and resilience.

I am currently working via Zoom, Whatsapp Video or Telephone.

I look forward to meeting you.
