I am an Integrative Therapist - my experience has been with working with Adults and Young People. I provide a safe and non judgemental space for you to explore your feelings and concerns with me.
I offer support in a range of issues as well as support with cultural related issues.
Are you experiencing a feeling you no longer want, or is there a situation you would like to see changed? Counselling is about helping you with the challenging situations you currently face, helping you to understand and cope with feelings.
Although you may have been struggling with difficulties for some time, I can help you find ways to break cycles and create better ways of living life. I can help you to unravel difficulties, enabling you to feel less isolated or lost. I work online or on the phone. I offer a safe place to explore the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that may be holding you back.
I can help you to identify and highlight areas which are causing you difficulties and help you to develop new ways of thinking, coping and behaving in order to deal with problems and issues, pursue goals and manage the process of change. It is possible for things to shift and for a sense of well-being to re-emerge.
