I am an Integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Counsellor and my drive is to help people to help themselves live happier and more fulfilled lives. My background includes having worked in the corporate world at senior level, therefore I’m well placed to understand and assist with the difficulties and emotional turbulence that many suffer in their workplace.
Additionally, as a mother of two children, who have now flown the nest, I have personal experiences of the ups and downs of the various challenging stages of bringing up a family and how it can affect us as a parent. It is because of my personal experience of the difficulties life can sometimes throw at us, that I have chosen to spend this stage of my life helping people to overcome their disturbances, and develop a greater sense of peace within themselves.
