Hi I’m Michelle, a qualified and insured Counsellor and Supervisor. I understand counselling can be overwhelming therefore, we will work together to diminish any feelings of discomfort to enable you to explore the positive changes you can make. I am a person-centred integrative counsellor who tailors our time spent together to suit your needs for the most effective session. I offer the space for you to explore anything you wish to reflect on in a non-judgemental, caring and relaxed environment.

The sessions I provide are:
£45 for a 50 minute session for Counselling this is either via zoom or telephone

Supervision
Qualified Counsellor:
1hr: £50
1.5hr: £65

Trainee Counsellor:
1hr: £45
1.5hr (X2 45 Mins per mth): £60
