I am a fully qualified counsellor offering a supportive, non-judgmental therapeutic setting, where I work short or long term to suit your needs. Life is complex and difficult at times and talking through your problems, thoughts and emotions with a counsellor can really help. I offer a person-centered approach, which is supportive, non-judgmental and genuine relationship with Integrative techniques where the therapy is tailored to the client's mental, physical and emotional needs.

I volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Services and Family Action, and have experience of working with young people and adults in a variety of settings, nationally, on the telephone and on Zoom, as well as face to face locally in Norfolk and Suffolk. I offer an initial free 20minute consultation online or by telephone where we can get to know each other before therapy begins.
