Hello, thank you for taking the time to browse my page. Taking the first step to seek help can often be the hardest to make but you are here! I see this as a positive start to showing up and valuing yourself enough to explore how Counselling can potentially work for you.
My Practice is a warm, welcoming environment. A place and space to speak your truth minus judgement, safe in the knowledge that confidentiality is paramount and that my intention as a Therapist is to listen, empathize and collaborate with you working to meet your specific therapeutic needs. I truly believe we all have everything we need already within us so I help enable you to discover your own individual resources that can make the difference to your life. I draw upon the knowledge and training I have whilst always listening my intuition. The Therapeutic relationship is integral to the work we do together so I am mindful of the significance of clients feeling heard and understood. Sometimes this has never been experienced in a persons life before.
