My role is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment enabling you to explore your inner experiences without fear of being judged or criticised. I will support your development of self-awareness and personal growth .

In our sessions, we will work together on the challenges you are experiencing. I will support you to explore your own issues, beliefs, emotions, behaviour and how you see the world. This helps you to become more self-aware, manage your emotions and be more independent.

The benefits of this approach include increased self-awareness, greater self-acceptance, enhanced self-esteem and a sense of empowerment. People who participate in this therapy often develop a better understanding of themselves and their experiences, which can lead to a greater sense of self-acceptance, having power and control over your life and improved self-esteem.

I often work with people having difficulties with self-esteem, anxiety, low mood, self-criticism, perfectionism, procrastination, understanding sexual orientation, and addictions.

I am a fluent Welsh speaker and am comfortable holding counselling sessions in Welsh.

I have a Master’s degree in Psychotherapeutic Practice (Distinction).

In my spare time, I enjoy wandering on beaches and through forests with our Jack Russell terrier, listening to music (from the Stranglers to Sibelius), exercising and reading poetry.
