Being trusted by a client is a privilege that I don't take for granted. I honour this trust by working at your pace, on the thing you want to work on, for the timescale that you decide.

I work with many client presentations including, relationships issues (work and home), addictions (disordered eating, alcohol and drugs) anxiety and depression, grief and abuse / trauma, not forgetting the everyday ups and downs of life in general. There is nothing too small or too big as it's all relative to how it impacts you personally. And . . . therapy can be fun, exciting, liberating and life changing and I love to celebrate that with you too.

I work from a position where I believe we are all fundamentally OK, that we can all think for ourselves and that we can all change (if we want to) and this helps me focus on an equal partnership between us. You are, after all, the expert on your life.

My training is in Transactional Analysis, a talking therapy, with humanistic routes, which has many accessible and interesting models by which we can understand ourselves, others and the world around us.

My interest in neuroscience has furthered my practice by helping clients to understand the physiology of their lived experience, which clients have reported as being of practical use in their lives. You can visit my website for some client testimonials.

I believe affordability shouldn't discriminate access to therapy and offer some low cost sessions (some subsidised by a generous benefactor) and a full one hour free session to enable you to consider if you'd like to work with me. You can contact me through my website.
