Enquiring with a therapist can feel daunting. I provide a welcoming, non-judgemental space to support you in exploring your emotions and experiences. Recognising that you desire to explore change is a step towards choosing something different.
Each client is unique, and I value all that they bring into the confidential therapy space. If it's appropriate, we can explore tools and techniques that you can use after the therapeutic process has ended.
I have supported LGBT+ clients and clients experiencing grief, bereavement and anxiety. I am happy to work with you long- or short-term.
