Through my own experiences and those of others I can relate to the effects and challenges individual might face in dealing with unforeseen circumstances , misfortunes or changes in life. Experiences like deaths, illnesses, miscarriage, infertility , abuse , divorce are some of many of life's issues that affect us or those around us at some point. One can feel alone, unable to express themselves or expected to accept, cope or move on quickly. I see people as unique individuals, we all experience and react to things differently. My aim is to offer a tranquil space for individuals to explore their experiences as they have experienced them, to move at their own pace with no expectation of any particular outcome none other that what one might want for themselves. My aim is to offer a counselling space for one to use it in whatever way they need at each given moment.

I offer person centred counselling for long or short term therapy. I work with young persons and adults, I offer counselling to all irrespective of sex, race, culture, politics, sexual orientation or religious belief . I specialise in supporting individuals who are experiencing grief as a result of the loss of something or someone e.g a childhood trauma, infertility, miscarriage, separation /divorce, abandonment. The loss of the things hoped for or the ending of relationships can be a difficult process I aim to listen with warmth and empathy in supporting individuals through this process.

A persons mental and emotional state is very significant for functioning with day to day living and its condition determines how we cope in life. I believe that In giving some attention to our past /present experiences and how they affect us helps towards living the best life we can whatever experiences we may encounter. There is always hope in having a good enough life whatever our past or present experiences are.
