Having worked with new parents in both the antenatal and postnatal period for over 20 years, I am able to combine my Psychotherapeutic Counsellor qualification and experience to support you if you are feeling anxious or concerned about any aspects of you or your partner's pregnancy, birth, the early days post birth, any aspects of postnatal depression, birth trauma and becoming a new mum or dad.
