I am a qualified Integrative/Pluralist Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and you can also find me on the NCS Children and Young People’s Therapy Register. I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space to every client to help them achieve their intention(s) for seeking therapy.
I maintain a non-judgemental, compassionate and empathic therapeutic relationship with all clients. My approach is Pluralistic which means I essentially believe that one ‘School of Thought’ cannot help everyone. Therefore, a multidimensional understanding of The Self is what I hope to deliver to advocate self-love, self-development and the core truth.
