Person Centred, Integrative counselling with Cross Cultural experience: When the world inside you begins to feel better, so does the world around you! I work with you to find new perspectives and strategies to get you to a better place. I am trained in a number of approaches, to identify techniques that are most effective for you personally. I work on Zoom, so location becomes irrelevant, for many. However, I also offer telephone and in-person (face to face) therapy, if you prefer this. Basically, my aim is to work with you to the point where I become redundant because you feel resilient and confident enough to take on whatever comes your way! Message for a free consult
