I’m Lucy Munn and I’m a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I trained as an integrative therapist, meaning I draw on a wide range of therapeutic tools to help depending on your needs.
My approach to sessions is to create a warm and welcoming environment, which is safe for you to talk through your thoughts and feelings. I welcome you without judgement and work with you on who you are and what you want to understand about yourself.
Some examples of what I have worked with people on:
- Very low self-esteem
- Relationship issues and break-ups
- Being in and staying in unhealthy relationships
- Lack of focus and direction in life
- Relationship anxiety
- Feelings of intense highs and lows
- Fear and anxiety in work
- Fear and anxiety in social settings
- Lack of trust in own thoughts, feelings and decisions
- University stress and experiences
- Shame and guilt about prior actions and behaviour
With all of these examples, we can work on why these are so and how they can be worked on. I always look forward to meeting new people and look forward to working with people on their stories, how those have impacted who they are today and how they approach life today - working with people week by week to help regain control and be more present day to day.
