As a school teacher/Director of Learning, for sixteen years, I witnessed the difficulties many children and young people face. A great many of our children and young people find themselves depressed, unhappy, filled with doubt, anger and anxiety. They find themselves frustrated, “stuck” and seemingly unable to find a direction, or move on to the next stage of their precious lives. This is a personal tragedy for them, and an immeasurable loss to our society as a whole. I became a psychotherapist in order to help young people and adults in such situations. I am a fully qualified psychotherapist/counsellor, registered and accredited with the National Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Society and Public Health England. As well as offering professional expertise, my practice is based on honesty, compassion, patience and equality. I am a pluralistic therapist which enables me to offer a variety of treatment directions and enables the client to find a direction he/she is most comfortable with. Above all, I will listen and work collaboratively with each person in order to help them improve how they feel about themselves, and the world in which they live. Please feel free to contact me by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or mobile phone: 07851742910. The first consultation (by telephone) is free of charge. I am available to work online or face to face. Thank you.
