I offer a warm, confidential space for you to explore any current issues you may be facing. I aim to work collaboratively with you to support you to manage your current difficulties that have affected your mental-wellbeing. The aim of the support I offer is to build a therapeutic relationship with you, so you feel heard, respected and understood. In building a therapeutic relationship, comes awareness of your situation and with self-awareness you have the ability to make a change.
The way I work is dictated by the content you bring to each session, so no two sessions may be the same. I work from an integrative approach and aim to work creatively with you with the ability to draw on a variety of techniques from different counselling theories. This allows me to create a unique way of working, that supports your goals for therapy.
I am extremely passionate about the work I do and find it an honour to share in your experience. I believe that through talking and sharing our concerns with another person can be the building blocks for positive change and provide a welcome release in times of distress.
